My Philosophy of Teaching

My teaching philosophy is based on the “Eclectic approach.”It is an approach that uses the best elements from various approaches and methods. According to this approach, there is NOT a single method that should be considered the best for all students. Instead, a more holistic approach should be used in classroom settings.

In this approach, the teacher uses a variety of techniques, activities, and strategies in order to create a classroom environment that meets the needs of his students. In addition, he encourages the progress of his students. I think if a teacher uses this approach, he can have a tremendous impact on his students.
